01. The 30-day guarantee

Every Trocador extractor comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting the day it's delivered. Run it on a real oil change — if it doesn't perform, we'll take it back.

02. What qualifies

• Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
• No damage caused after the unit arrived.
• Pipes, clamps and cabling returned where possible.

Already used it dockside? Still eligible — this is a performance guarantee, not a "keep it in the crate" policy.

03. Starting a return

Email your order number and return instructions land in your inbox within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.

04. Refund timing

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, a full refund posts to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a couple extra days.

05. Damaged or wrong cargo

If your Trocador arrives cracked, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, send a photo within 14 days — a free replacement ships right away, no return needed in most cases.
